The FM adapter I use is the TuneBase FM for iPod from Belkin. It's black and has a flexible-steel neck for easy adjustment. Runs about $80. I bought a different one before, but the sound quality on this one is much better.

Another fun, but more expensive option, is to buy the adapters Apple is selling through car dealerships that allows you to connect the ipod through a cable in the glove compartment and control via your stereo component. Haven't tried that, but sounds cool.
